Ok - I tried blending this receipe myself coz I was having super bad cramps and feeling super cranky. As I was resting and inhaling the aromatherapy oil, I can feel my cramps slowly easing away. Take note its not immediate coz this is not magic - but it does ease away the pain. After enough rest I woke up feeling less cranky and cramps are gone.
Only women would understand this problem.
